These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999n ("999n", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the website located at https://999n.bio and all associated gaming services, mobile applications, software, and promotional programmes offered by 999n.

These Terms must be read together with the 999n Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless the other document expressly states otherwise.

999n reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to close an existing account, at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide reasons, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that elig ibility requirements have not been met or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 999n platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.

• Notify 999n immediately via [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Do not access your 999n account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.
• Keep your registered contact information (email address, mobile number) current and accurate at all times.

999n may, at its discretion, require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point. This includes, but is not limited to, submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may be suspended pending verification.

999n maintains player funds in a segregated account structure designed to protect balances from operational liabilities. Your 999n wallet balance is denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All supported payment methods are listed below for reference.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. 999n reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method in the same name as the registered 999n account holder.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• 999n does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or conversion charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your 999n wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.
• 999n may delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network. Verify all wallet addresses carefully before initiating crypto deposits or withdrawals.

999n offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Live dealer games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived solely from expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless 999n expressly states otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: 999n reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where it reasonably determines that bonus terms have been exploited, circumvented, or abused — including through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value.
• Deposit Bonuses: Welcome and deposit match bonuses are available to new players only. Existing players are not eligible for welcome bonus offers unless a separate promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All games and betting markets available on 999n are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface or market page. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a technical malfunction, the following provisions apply:

• Software Malfunction: 999n is not liable for losses resulting from software malfunctions, disconnections, or server errors. Where a malfunction affects the outcome of a game or bet, the affected round or wager may be declared void and the stake returned.
• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on 999n are subject to acceptance at 999n's discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is displayed in your account. 999n reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

• Dispute Period: Disputes regarding game or bet outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event. 999n will not consider disputes raised after this period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999n platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening more than one account, or opening an account in a name other than your own legal name.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, verification, or at any other point.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use any automated software, bot, or script to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer titles.
• Exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including bonus abuse, chip dumping, or systematic low-margin wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercialising access to your 999n account or any features thereof.
• Engaging in any conduct that 999n reasonably determines to be harmful to other players, staff, or the integrity of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999n, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 999n platform or any services provided thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, 999n expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from interruptions in service, including scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events outside 999n's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions that do not materially affect final game outcomes.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, banks, or mobile money operators that result in delays or failures in processing your deposits or withdrawals.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 999n's total aggregate liability to you shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 999n account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your continued use of the 999n platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licence standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 999n holds its operating authorisation. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any applicable consumer protection legislation.

In the event of a dispute between you and 999n arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. 999n will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 days.
